We were inspired by the forthcoming ‘Brudermord: The Puppet Hamlet’ An extraordinary comical-tragical-historical but not very pastoral puppet play of Hamlet – in English that will be performed by Texas based theatre artists, The Hidden Room on 31 May.
With two performances to choose from the show appeals to both families and scholars interested in puppetry, appropriation and staging of Shakespeare- 7pm staging preceded by talk from Professor Tiffany Stern of University College, Oxford.
